Translating to "marksman" or "sharpshooter", the Italian Bersaglieri were some of Italy's finest troops. Deployed in Greece, North Africa, and the Soviet Union, the Bersaglieri were known for the distinctive black plumage on their helmets. The Bersaglieri have an excellent combat history in both world wars.
