About US Air Force PJs

Air Force Pararescuemen (PJs) are elite special operators tasked with rescuing and providing advanced medical treatment to downed military personnel in hostile or remote environments. As part of Air Force Special Warfare, PJs live by the motto, "That Others May Live."
