About the Storm Shadow / SCALP EG Cruise Missile:

The Storm Shadow / SCALP EG is an air launched, long-range, low observable cruise missile designed in the 1990's as a cooperative effort between Great Britain and France. Recently they have been supplied to the Ukrainian armed forces, who have used them to achieve great success against Russian targets in occupied territories and Russia itself. The launch vehicle of choice by the Ukrainian Air Force has been the Soviet-era Su-24 Fencer tactical bomber.
