About the M1126 Stryker - Infantry Carrier Vehicle:

The Stryker is a fast, adaptable military vehicle designed to move soldiers quickly and safely across the battlefield. The eight-wheeled armored vehicle fills the gap between heavy tanks and lighter transport vehicles, combining mobility, protection, and flexibility in a single powerful platform. Developed for the U.S. Army in the early 2000s, the Stryker is best known for its speed and versatility. Its wheeled design allows it to travel long distances with less maintenance and greater fuel efficiency and reach speeds of over 60 mph, ideal for rapid deployment and quick response missions.

The Stryker comes in multiple variants, including infantry carriers, reconnaissance vehicles, mobile command posts, medical evacuation units, and heavy weapons platforms. This modular approach allows the same base vehicle to support many different mission types. In addition, its armor offers protections against small arms fire, shrapnel, and roadside threats, and many versions can be upgraded with additional armor or active protection systems. Inside, advanced communications and navigation technology help the crew stay connected and aware in complex environments.
