About the Focke-Wulf FW 190 D-9 - WWII German High-Altitude Fighter Aircraft:
The Focke-Wulf 190 D-9 "Dora" was a late-war German fighter aircraft designed for improved high-altitude performance. Powered by a Junkers Jumo 213 inline engine, it featured a longer nose and sleek profile. Entering service in 1944, it combined speed, agility, and firepower, making it a formidable adversary against Allied fighters like the P-51 Mustang in the final stages of WWII. This new model replicates faithfully all the features of this iconic late war fighter plane, with brick built camouflage and printing inspired by the real life “Black 1” flown by 39 victories ace Hans Dortenmann in early 1945. Includes foldable landing, spinning prop, and one custom pilot figure with 3D printed flight gear.
