Arm your Minifig of the Month with the tried and true dependability of a Perfect Caliber™ BrickArms® Kar98!

The Afrikakorps (DAK) was an expeditionary combat force of the German army that fought in North Africa from February 1941 until May 1943. This minifigure features the first pattern tropical uniform. From the factory, these uniforms were a medium olive color. Due to inconsistent dye, repeated washings, and most notably the harsh sun of the desert quickly faded these uniforms to a variety of shades and hues. Artwork on the minifigure simulates this faded uniform though our color shifting technique. This results in an incredibly thin even layer of ink that optically blends with the Lego substrate to create these historically accurate colors. Fancy! Minifig gear represented in the artwork includes a gas mask canister with distressed paint, tropical canvas high boots, 'coconut' canteen, entrenching tool, bread bag, Kar98 pouches, and canvas combat Y straps.
