Due to overwhelming demand we've decided to start offering individual instructions downloads rather than continue the instructions club by subscription. 

Those who are already subscribed:

• For those who signed up on or after November 24th, 2011, you will be issued a full refund to your credit or debit card. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to process. Contact us immediately if you would prefer store credit.

• For those who signed up before November 24, 2011 but after January 1, 2011, you will be issued a store credit equal to the entire purchase price of your subscription.
