The web store will be closed from Sunday, August 1st through Saturday, August 15th in connection with our upcoming appearance at Brickfair. Any kits in our inventory not purchased before August 1st will be sold in our stall at Brickfair and may not be available on the web site again until September. All kits with current batches slated for August 1st release will still be shipped as scheduled. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
Brickmania Store Policies
GENERAL INFORAMTION
In stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours of the time when payment was received. Some items may take longer to ship and may be back ordered. We may choose to ship some items separately in the case that part of an order is ready and another part is back-ordered. We ship orders most weekdays and Saturdays from our location in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
COMPLETENESS GUARANTEE
We fully back up all Brickmania products against missing or defective parts. Please contact us immediately should a problem arise with your purchase and we will promptly reply to your questions and/or send replacements parts if needed.
RETURN POLICY
If you are still not satisfied with your Brickmania kit and minifigs, we will buy it back at the purchase price, minus shipping charges. We reserve the right deduct the retail value of any missing items and/or impose a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. Please send all return products by insured or registered mail to our address below. We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost in transit.
